Seamless and Reassuring Gate Repair Experience

"…I had a GTO gate that stopped working. I called 3 different companies including yours. The 1st company…supposedly a GTO recommended company, came in, looked at my system for 10 minutes, flipped a GFI switch and charged me $175. In an hour the gate was not working again.  He wanted to charge me another $175 to come in and do another check. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau.

"I called another gate company in Tacoma. They responded promptly, but the technician seemed annoyed to answer my questions concerning the scope of the project, the equipment they are selling and the contract bid.

"It was then that I called your company.  I must admit navigating your phone system after the operator answered and getting a call back was a challenge. But once I got to the right person, everything fell into place… I was immediately scheduled for an evaluation. All my questions were answered… [you] understood the urgency of my need to have the gate system working.  Robert, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. It was very comforting to hear Robert say that once I am a customer, I am considered a client of your company for life and would get the support that I would need. Overall, it was a seamless and reassuring experience

We Couldn't Be Happier With the Whole System

"We are so happy with your gate, your sales and service departments.

"At the age of 74 and 78, dealing with our rolling, chain link gate (which had to work with two inclines) was only going to become more difficult. So from our yellow pages we called a firm and were told he would drop by "soon" to check it out. He never showed. The yellow pages gave us another number, with the same results. After 4-5 months, we tried another number and were told they didn't deal with residential but gave us your number. Tim told us he had another appointment in our area that day and we set a time for him to drop by. (Hooray!) He did, returned a few days later with Mike to firm up how to deal with the changes in grade. Tim was most helpful in helping us to reach our final decisions and advising us about equipment and timing. (The worst part was waiting in line for our turn at installation. Business must be good.)

"Anyway, finally we had our gate and were very happy with it except for our key chain remotes which were not at all satisfactory. We tried to live with them for about two months and finally called Tim to express our dissatisfaction, telling him what worked one day and did not the next time. He called us back to tell us we were getting the remote we had originally been shown pictures of when he thought they were what we would be given. Well, now we couldn't be happier with the whole system. At our increasing age and Ollie's mobility difficult after not so successful two back surgeries, it has made our life much easier. Please convey our satisfaction with Tim, Mike and Michael (the installer)."
