“At the age of 74 and 78, dealing with our rolling, chain link gate (which had to work with two inclines) was only going to become more difficult. So from our yellow pages we called a firm and were told he would drop by “soon” to check it out. He never showed. The yellow pages gave us another number, with the same results. After 4-5 months, we tried another number and were told they didn’t deal with residential but gave us your number. Tim told us he had another appointment in our area that day and we set a time for him to drop by. (Hooray!) He did, returned a few days later with Mike to firm up how to deal with the changes in grade. Tim was most helpful in helping us to reach our final decisions and advising us about equipment and timing. (The worst part was waiting in line for our turn at installation. Business must be good.)
