Description
This custom wrought iron fencing and pedestrian gate system provides secure, controlled access to The Harvard Estate, a luxury condominium and townhome community in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
The traditional black iron fencing features spear-point pickets for added security and an open design that maintains visibility through the fence. Along the exterior stairway, the fencing was custom designed to follow the slope of the stairs.
Coordinating pedestrian gates remain locked and use access control devices for entry and exit. Residents and visitors can enter a code or use the telephone entry system to request access, and keyed lock overrides provide another means of entry or exit.
